Shipping Policy

At Apex Research Labs, we strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 72 hours of confirmed payment, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of unusually high order volume.

All orders must be paid in full and payment must be confirmed before any order is processed or shipped. Once payment confirmation has been received, customers will receive an order confirmation email and their order will enter the processing queue.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Apex Research Labs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Apex Research Labs is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
